There is a little known limit of coverage that one can add to an auto policy in New York. It is called supplemental spousal liability coverage. It essentially allows a spouse to sue the other spouse for bodily injury they sustain as a result of an at-fault accident committed by the other spouse. Watch this brief video for more information.
